Aim and task:
Gather all energetic men, kolomyitsiv, for:
- renewing of the town (salon) traditions;
- thorough study of the town of Kolomyia;
- determination of the town values;
- propagation of the good name of Kolomyia;
- putting new, interesting, useful ideas into the town's practice ( setting of streets, songs, vocabulary, meals, art, celebrations etc. );
- having an interesting time;

The main aim is to create the town's tradition.

Membership: The member of the club can be every person of the male sex who:
- was born in Kolomyia or lived in Kolomyia for at least 10 years;
- is more than 18 years old;
- likes Kolomyia and is interested in its past and future;
- is an accommodating and cultured person;
- follows the statute of the club;
- pays subscription in time.

There are three categories of the members of the club:
1. Permanent- a member of the club who lives in Kolomyia.
2. Distant- a member of the club who was born, worked, studied or has been in Kolomyia.
3. Respected- a member of the club, who has a high social position and is related to Kolomyia.

Besides there are Sympathizers - persons which are in sympathize with the club and provide financial and moral support.

The number of permanent members of the club is not more than 60, distant-50, respected-40. On April 1, 2008 there are 44 permanent members, 7 distant members, 3 respected members and 5 sympathizers in the club. They are clerks, makers, doctors, educational specialists, managers, businessmen, lawyers. Among them there are a few candidates and Doctors of Science, one Honoured artist of Ukraine and one Honoured Art worker of Ukraine.

Structure:
The club is formed from Provid and Chelyadnyky.
Provid covers:
Kermanych- the Head of the club.
Zapovidach- the Speaker of the club.
Trymach- a person, who keeps the club's standard at the parties.
Pidskarbiy- a financial manager.
Arhivarius (an archivist) - a person responsible for archives of the club.
The rest members of the club are Chelyadnyky (guests). They elect the Vystavkar- a person, who presents plays at the parties. He is elected for a long period.
In turn each Chelyadnyk has to be the Pidchashiy, a person, who lays the table, and Tsipak, a guard. Certain regalia are given to each of them.

The club has its own chaplain.
